All shipments include door-to-door tracking. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your order is dispatched from our workshop.
Typically, Standard Shipments leave our US workshop each Wednesday. During busy gift-giving periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc), we ship more frequently to keep orders moving.
Express Shipments ship same day when possible, or next business day.

US Orders: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive in 2-8 days once shipped. Orders shipped via Express Shipping typically arrive in 2-5 days once shipped, depending on the shipping method selected.
International Orders: vary depending on customs procedures, but typically arrive in 7-25 days once shipped.
Returns: Items returned within 21 days of delivery are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please email us before you return your item(s).
