Shipping & Returns

All shipments include door-to-door tracking. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your order is dispatched from our workshop.

Typically, Standard Shipments leave our US facility once per week, every Wednesday. Express Shipments ship next business day.

Please contact us if you need faster shipping for your order. Additional charges may apply.

US Orders: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive in 2-7 days once shipped. Orders shipped via Express Shipping typically arrive in 1-3 days once shipped.

International Orders: vary depending on customs procedures, but typically arrive in 7-25 days once shipped.

Returns: Items returned within 21 days of delivery are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please email us before you return your item(s).
